- Support current forums and discord channels with Felik’s eye and engagement.
- Collate the current customer database to leverage the past 25 years.
- Re-vamp Felik’s management of press, assist in guiding social media.

Strategy
1. Community driven engagement
- Leverage our network of community members, reviewers, and influencers to drive the brand forward throughout various platforms
- Provide product tours for in home auditions of Feliks products in exchange for impressions, reviews, and other forms of engagement.
- Identify community members who’d like to do longer form reviews on Head-Fi.
2. Centralize data of customers and press.
- Help Feliks finalize an email list of customers.
- Maintain and update any current press list Feliks has.
- Identify the communities dealers have and how Feliks can be involved in them.
3. In-person Ambassadorship
- Management of stateside show presence.
- Sponsorship of community meetups with Feliks products.
- Increase relationships with stateside dealers as needed.

Three Month Focus
September
- Product and company training.
- Exploration on my own time behind the scenes to better understand where I can help.
- Identification of key Discord communities Feliks wants to support non monetarily.
- Identifications of key forum threads outside of Head-Fi Feliks would like me to manage.
October
- Management and engagement on forum threads outside of Head-Fi.
- Initial press list for new push of reviews for a requested product.
- Finalize email list of Feliks customers.
- Roadmap of trade shows and meet-ups Feliks can become more involved in.
November
- Look into CanJam Dallas (November 2nd) as first trade-show to attend as a Feliks representative, support a dealer who has Feliks products on display.
- Ongoing management of threads and review list.
- Activate community members and customer list to support a specified product.
Rates
USD 2,500 a month paid at the end of the month. First month’s fee upfront to begin.
